How to Work with a Necklace – Gemstone Therapy Pendulum Technique for Chakras and Target Areas

Okay, I’d like to show you another way you
can get to know the energies of your therapeutic-quality gemstones and how they can get to know your
energies better too. And this is an exercise you can do before you even wear the necklace
or after, after you have worn the necklace for a while and would just like to get to
know your gemstones a little better. So what we’re going to do here is hold the necklace
in pendulum position. I’ve got it unclasped and I have both ends are just hanging down,
and I’m going to work at my throat chakra, mainly because that’s going to be easy for
you to see on the video. Now I’m not doing anything. All I am is quietly holding the
necklace and look what’s happening. The necklace is tuning in to my throat chakra
and it’s beginning to move. The direction doesn’t matter in this case. What’s happening
is that the throat chakra is being loosened and exercised and nourished. And whatever
is the unique qualities of this gemstone that you’re working with is going to be benefiting
in your neck, or in my case my throat, in their own unique way. Okay, the movement has
changed and I’m just going to take note of that. When the movement stops, then I know
the treatment session is complete. Sometimes it can be over in 30 seconds and sometimes
it takes a couple of minutes. So the necklace I am working with is the purple tourmaline
with moon quartz. It’s one of the newest editions in my own personal pharmacy as well,
to date. The purple tourmaline is very goal oriented and the moon quartz is very much
interested in transforming, transmuting unwanted energies into something that’s useful, and
that benefit is actually very similar to what the purple ray does when carried by purple
tourmaline and amethyst as well; it’s really a characteristic of the purple ray, this transmutation.
So what that’s doing for my throat chakra is helping it to actualize and realize its
full potential. It’s the inherent goals of my throat chakra to be the best communicator
that it can be. We’ve got some jiggling movement going on here. And now it’s calming
down. And I’m feeling a shift in just the quality of the energy around the gems that
seems very quiet now. I think any movement that’s happening now is just a result of my
hand and holding the necklace. There’s no more charge, if you will, there’s no more
sense of activity going on. So, I can just hold the necklace and give it gratitude for
serving me in this way. I can continue to work with this pendulum technique on my chakras.
I would suggest doing this with no more than three chakras at one sitting, because this
is like an exercise, especially if you haven’t exercised your chakras like this before; it
can be tiring. Just like starting any physical exercise, it’s best to go slowly and work
up to it. Even if you have been doing chakra work in this way for a long time, just stay
with three chakras per sitting and no more. Okay, well thank you for your interest in
gemstone therapy, and I’ll see you in my next video.
